A presentation on this topic by Todd Tharp, IHSAA, will take place at the Des Moines Officials Association basketball clinic held at Urbandale High School on June 25. The camp is full, but we are offering “shadow” opportunities for those interested in hearing the presentation, participating in other classroom discussions and attending postgame evaluations of registered officials.
